Learning, innovating, reflecting, and evolving with youth.

The AIRE project (Apprendre, Innover, Réfléchir, Évoluer) turns research into action, helping shape Aire ouverte and youth services so they truly reflect what young people need and experience.

Working alongside youth and our partners, we carry out research to better understand, document, and continuously improve Aire ouverte services, with the goal of building a leading model for youth health and wellbeing, and improving access to services for young people across Quebec.

We're a multidisciplinary team of people from diverse backgrounds in practice and research, united by a shared conviction:

lived experience and hands-on knowledge should be put to work improving the services young people actually receive.

Our vision:
Strengthen the Aire ouverte network's capacity, and help shape it into a model for integrated, accessible, and human-centered services for all youth.
