Knowledge transfer : a collaborative approach to spreading inspiring practices
The inspiring practices initiative is built on a co-design process that draws on a diversity of expertise and knowledge. A core working group brings together researchers, people with lived experience, clinical specialists, community stakeholders, and patient partners, alongside the project team. Together, they identify priority themes, select the inspiring practices to highlight, help choose panelists, and contribute to developing dissemination initiatives.
This collaborative effort makes it possible to co-create a range of knowledge transfer tools to make the content accessible to as many people as possible. In addition to webinars, each theme produces summary sheets, video capsules, and audio capsules highlighting the key content presented.
